It is natural to want to avoid any type of experience that makes us feel uncomfortable. And the process of pursuing something bigger than you currently are is definitely going to make you feel very uncomfortable.
You are going to have to learn new things. Experience new types of hurt and end up in situations that will leave you feeling confused.
However, it is these very experiences we need to make progress towards that thing we are pursuing. You cannot better at what you don’t practice. To get become a better business owner, you must fully immerse yourself in the business experience. There is no avoiding this.
When I was thinking of doing this podcast, I thought about how many dreamers struggle with identifying who they are or who they would like to become. And it is an important struggle.
